HIT Training announces sponsorship of The Clink Charity Ball 2019

HIT Training, the apprenticeship provider of choice in the hospitality industry, has announced its new partnership with The Clink Charity, which will see the training company become the headline sponsor of the infamous The Clink Charity Ball 2019.

Taking place on Friday 11 January 2019 at the Royal Lancaster London on Hyde Park, the night of fun and philanthropy will raise crucial funds to support the charity’s aim in reducing reoffending rates through work experience, hospitality training and education.

The Clink Charity Ball has also appointed Bidfood – one of the UK’s leading foodservice providers – as a sponsor. The company will be providing an all-British, four course menu using locally-sourced ingredients for guests to enjoy, as well as prizes for the hotly-anticipated charity auction and table raffle. 

Now in its fourth year, The Clink Charity Ball has seen the amount raised increase year-on-year and the events have now raised a combined total of over £120,000. The occasion will also help to further develop The Clink’s training projects across Her Majesty’s Prison Estate, following the success of existing schemes at HMP Brixton, HMP High Down, HMP Cardiff, HMP Styal and HMP Send as well as Clink Events, the charity’s event catering venture. 

Talking about the partnership, John Hyde CBE, Chairman of HIT Training, said: “At HIT Training, we have a positive vision of what apprenticeships and training can do to improve an individual’s skills and therefore, life improvements. Like The Clink, we take pride in helping people become the best they can be and it is with absolute delight that we are sponsoring The Clink Charity Ball. The charity’s commitment to using hands-on training and qualifications to pave the way for a brighter future is a fantastic source of inspiration for the hospitality industry."

Early bird tickets to The Clink Charity Ball 2019 are priced at £130 per person or a table of 10 can be purchased for £1,200 and are available until the end of September. General tickets are priced at £140 per person and £1,300 for a table of 10.
