Jobs will include:• Learning Larder, Sauce and Pastry.• The importance of health and hygiene along with HACCP food control.• Full teaching will be given to ensure the high standards we set are met. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn in one of the best kitchens in Devon whilst being allowed to participate in our food and preparation.

Qualifications required: 

None required, however, Maths and English will be assessed as part of the interview process.

Future prospects: 
Once the commis position has been completed we will look at a demi chef de partie role. We believe in in house promotions as we don't see the point in training someone for them to then leave and work somewhere else.
