About the vacancy

<p>Working alongside the senior kitchen team your role as an apprentice chef will involve (but not limited to):</p><p>Vegetable Preparation</p><p>Baking cakes and fresh bread daily</p><p>Dish preparation and presentation</p><p>Assistance to senior chefs with meal preparation for chefs and patients</p><p>Working in a safe manner</p><p>Developing your apprenticeship recipe log to cover all of the culinary range such as stocks, sauces, vegetable protein, desserts and much more</p><p><br></p><p>Kitchen opening times range from 0700-1800 with shifts falling into this. Apprentices will always be on shift with a more senior member of the team to have the opportunity for training at any time.</p><p>Fantastic opportunity to work within a large company, room to develop and progress. Qualifications required:
