About the vacancy
We are open from 4pm till 9pm monday to sunday & 4pm till 10pm friday/saturday, your working hours will be between these. You will be working closely with both our owner and chef on a daily basis, you will also be expected to work as part of a team to provide high quality food for the local community; as well as completing tasks on your own. Your main tasks will be veg prep, keeping work stations clean, assisting the manager with ensuring all food safety measures are being kept and helping to take records. You will also be expected to create dishes on your own, and even assist with the creation of new dishes. This is a real opportunity for someone and one that you won't come across again, we are giving you both the freedom to create something great with your passion whilst also giving you the support to learn new skills!
GCSEs preferred but not essential, no other qualifications essential
