In the care sector, delivering outstanding care is a number one priority. Therefore it’s paramount that we ensure those in our care are well nourished and able to enjoy life’s luxuries, regardless of their ailments.
HIT Training’s Level 2 Diploma in Texture Modified Foods: Dining with Dignity has been produced collaboratively with care sector specialists, Connect2Care, to ensure the learning is mapped to CQC and KLOEs’ nutrition and hydration requirements.

Learners will have the skills to progress further up the career ladder upon completion of this course.

Entry Requirements:
This course is suitable for chefs or cooks of all experience levels with a desire to learn more about developing texture modified foods. It will also enrich the learning of any chef currently on an apprenticeship programme.
Delivery Hours:
Learning will be delivered across five interactive online workshops, three face-to-face observations and three remote reviews with a dedicated HIT Training Consultant across the six month learning period.
