<p>Job Purpose:</p><p><ul><li>To provide an efficient and effective support to aid the general running of facilities, ensuring all work are completed professionally and safely.</li><li>To deal with enquires directly or over the telephone, internet etc. in a helpful, respectful and courteous manner.</li><li>To provide general locker support and facilitate the arrangement of first aiders for the council.</li><li>This position will entail out of hours and bank holiday working when required.<br><br>Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities: <br><br></li><li>Assist with the FM service delivery and provision for Brent Civic Centre. </li><li>To provide an efficient and effective support to aid the general running of facilities, ensuring all work is carried out professionally and safely</li><li>Maintain, keep stock and distribute visitor’s management & ID supplies including the replenishment of the first aid boxes in all tea points across the Civic Centre.</li><li>Ensuring the first aid list at Civic Centre is keep u to date, ensuring first aid kit are replenished and stock maintained.</li><li>Assist in the good housekeeping and be the Floor Champion at Civic Centre.</li><li>Assist the AV team to carry out regular AV checks to ensure digital signage, room-booking systems and screens are all operational.</li><li>Assist the AV team in conference set up as and when required. </li><li>Work closely with the FM contract provider on operational FM service delivery requirements on behalf of internal and external clients.</li><li>Assist in the liaison and communicate with service units, staff, tenants and contractors in relation to Operational FM delivery and services.</li><li>Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility and all employees are required to act in such a way that at all times safeguards the health and wellbeing of both staff and visitors. </li><li>Carry out duties with due regard to the Council’s Customer Care, Equal Opportunities, Information Governance, Data Protection and Health and Safety policies and procedures.</li><li>As required to provide services and support to other teams in the Property Service.</li><li>Manage and respond to e-mails coming in the generic mail box for FM and AV</li><li>Any adhoc request.</li></ul></p><br>
