About the vacancy
Each of Eden Hotel Collections carefully chosen nine hotels offer guests a seductive slice of luxury. All are exquisitely unique, but share the same value of providing guests with total relaxation. From historic architecture and peaceful surroundings to outstanding food and drink, their guests will experience a heavenly escape when visiting.
The true foundation for those that wish to make a career in hospitality. Eden Hotel Collection recognise that with such a varied mix of departments, it’s difficult to know which way to move forward in your career and therefore this apprenticeship enables you to experience different departments in order to help closely match your own personal skills and qualities against a role most suitable for you.
This apprenticeship will provide the opportunity for you to work with them on a full-time basis and to ‘earn while you learn’, setting you up with the very best skills, qualifications and experience to begin your career in the industry. They have partnered with ourselves - HIT Training to create a Level 2 Hospitality programme where instead of college day release, you will have a HIT Training Consultant come out to the hotel to carry out training and assessments with you. The successful candidate will work towards gaining a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Qualification.
You will join Eden Hotel Collection in initially mastering food & beverage duties and as your training continues, so will your experience, allowing you to move around departments, covering various areas such as reception and housekeeping duties, all whilst being supported by your dedicated HIT trainer.
