HIT Training unveils trailblazing Management Academy

We’re delighted to announce the new HIT Management Academy, which officially launched at our Hospitality Showcase event on 28th November at the stunning Glasshouse on the Lock overlooking London’s Regent Canal.

The HIT Management Academy is for those undergoing supervisory (level 3) and management (level 4 and level 5) apprenticeships and has been especially designed for managers or those aspiring to become managers. The academy builds on their capabilities as leaders enhancing their knowledge, skills and behaviour.

Via an experiential learning programme, a range of chosen topics will be covered in the Academy, including legislation, managing teams, finance management, coaching and mentoring to problem solving and decision making.

Building on our proven expertise in hospitality management, the new Academy tailors learning programmes to specific business needs via bespoke workshops led by seasoned industry professionals. The workshops can be delivered face-to-face or online, via interactive webinars or masterclasses. 

Speaking about the launch, Hilary Mosedale, Head of Curriculum at HIT Training, said: “Our new Management Academy caters for all learning styles with a mixed learning package that offers new skills to supervisory and management apprentices alike. Many adults learn best when they are actively participating in what they are doing and the Management Academy’s face-to-face experiential workshops allow participants to try out what they have learnt, helping them to consolidate information.”

  • Master classes with experienced industry professionals
  • Bite-size 90-minute webinars
  • MentorMe, the largest hospitality management mentor, which involves expert members from the IOH supporting leadership and management apprentices at Level 3
