</p>PeopleCentre is Sodexo’s award winning HR Service Centre based close to Media City in Salford. We support the wider Sodexo business with all HR matters; including Recruitment, HR Compliance, Employee Relations, HR and Payroll Administration and Learning and Development. We also manage a wide variety of systems and processes which support our employee data.</p><br>Main Responsibilities</p>Processing end to end reference checks, this includes contacting referees via phone and email.</p>Processing and checking right to work documents via an online portal</p>Provide advice and support to managers on compliance processes</p>Process criminal checks via an online Screening system</p>Assist with the processing of all other compliance queries and tasks</p>Upload information to electronic employee files</p>Provide hands on support to other Teams when required e.g. at peak times and ad hoc projects</p>Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required</p><br></p><br>
