HIT Training’s new employment support programme for those who have recently been made redundant

Support for all hospitality and retail workers

As part of the programme, you will attend webinars and complete training courses to prepare you to re-enter the job market with new skills to boost your CV post-COVID-19.

Training for the world of now

We’ve created a suite of training to help equip you for the ‘new world’.

As part of our programme, you’ll be signed up to our webinars and courses, including:

  • Level 2 Certificate in the Principles of Customer Service and/or Level 2 Certificate in Digital Skills
  • Level 2 Award in the Prevention and Control of Infection
  • Managing Change and Building Resilience

And have the opportunity to bolster your CV with additional training, such as:

  • Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health
  • Infection Control and Safe Working
  • Online Interview Skills
  • Customer Service in the World of Now

Find a new employer

HIT Training will also assist you with online interview preparation, updating your CV and job searches to find new employment. We work in partnership with national jobs board, HospitalityJobsUK, to help match you to potential new employers who are looking for the skills you have to offer.

 

Ready to sign-up?

To enrol, you will need to have evidence of being made redundant in the last three months.

You will also need to have a postal address in one of the Local Enterprise Partnership’s eligible locations.

Upon application we will check you are living in an area where you are eligible to participate in this programme.
