Meet our Hall of Fame All our HIT #MadebyApprentices Cookbook chefs have earned their stripes through the HIT Chef Academy, a unique environment where chefs are trained by the best to be the best. They join our brilliant HIT Hall of Fame which includes dozens of amazing careers kick-started by our HIT apprenticeships. Among the many success stories is Louisa Ellis who completed a Level 3 HIT culinary apprenticeship and went on to win MasterChef The Professionals Christmas special. She now runs her own private dining company. Both Charlie Jeffreys and James Checkley also made it to the MasterChef finals after completing professional cookery apprenticeships with HIT. And Senior Sous Chef Jodie Plummer won our HIT Chef Apprentice of the Year competition after completing an apprenticeship on the ‘Forward with Marcus Wareing’ programme with Compass Group UK & Ireland.
