Agata Kaczynska Commis Chef Apprentice Brewhouse and Kitchen Chester Agata started helping her father in the kitchen aged 12 and her family always joked that she would own a restaurant one day. She began her hospitality career in front-of-house at Brewhouse and Kitchen, then became a Commis Chef. She loves being part of the kitchen team and trying new recipes such as Polish cabbage. The original recipe for this cookbook dish was created by Agata’s grandma forty years ago. A family favourite, Agata has now given the recipe her unique twist. Needless to say her grandmother is Agata’s fave foodie icon! Top kitchen gadget is her santoku knife, oh and the garlic press. Agata would like to own a restaurant one day…of course! Brewhouse and Kitchen Chester With a brewery and brewer on site that makes between nine and 11 different beers, Brewhouse and Kitchen specialise in signature beers and good honest pub food. They also run beer, whisky and gin masterclasses and brewery days where you can spend the entire day making beer with a brewer. Apprenticeships drive the business forward and help team members grow into their roles.
