In his Chef de Partie role at Yorebridge House, he loves working with quality food and takes great pride in making sure a dish goes out perfectly. His foodie icon is Massimo Bottura for his food style and imagination. Ben’s favourite kitchen tool is the food blender because of its versatility and usefulness in every aspect of the kitchen. It is dedicated to luxury and fine dining with personal and professional service in a relaxed atmosphere. Customer experience is incredibly important to the business and apprenticeships allow their employees to gain the theoretical understanding of good service whilst gaining practical experience on the job.
