Your Careers Journey with HIT
When you join a HIT apprenticeship, we help you explore your career pathways in hospitality, catering, retail, management and business services. You’ll learn how to create a CV, build a professional profile, and make a positive impression at work. If you’re 16–18, you’ll complete mandatory sessions on online safety, bullying and harassment. Every learner also has access to a one-to-one session with a careers adviser to set goals and plan next steps.

In the final months, we focus on your progression. This includes help with applications, CVs and interviews, plus support with advanced workplace skills such as leadership, presentation and problem-solving. You’ll be able to explore pathways into higher apprenticeships, university or new roles. A final careers exit interview makes sure you leave with a clear plan for your future.
