Brewer Finishing – Maturation

In this workshop, apprentices explore contrasting classical lagering Vs modern rapid conditioning techniques.


Impacts on beer quality and operating cost are discussed. Apprentices are introduced to beer centrifugation and other techniques to prepare beer for packaging.

The workshop concludes with a review of the key process aids available to the brewer from craft to large scale production.
