Our HIT Chef Academy workshops provide chefs with valuable skills, regardless of their experience – they’re not just for apprentices!

  • Preparation, cooking and finishing techniques for cakes, pastry, biscuits and desserts.
  • Understand seasonality, provenance and nutritional value.
  • Minimising wastage and handling allergens.
  • Practising and building valuable skills to enable chefs to develop further towards End-point assessment.
