Hilary Mosedale

Hilary has always had a passion for training and coaching and feels that watching individuals surprise themselves with how well their new knowledge and skills helps them to grow is one of the greatest rewards of her profession.

She joined HIT as a Development Manager after working externally with the company training key personnel to deliver World Class Customer Service in time for the 2012 Olympics, and then became Head of Curriculum in 2019 which she says is the best job in the company!

“I work with a completely brilliant team of experts and together we have created everything in the curriculum from scratch,” says Hilary.

“I truly believe that designing and delivering a bespoke vocational curriculum is the best way to maximise the potential in everyone. Following apprenticeship pathways enables young people and adults to follow their dreams and open so many doors. My motivation is simple. To help change people’s lives by turning on their awareness of their own abilities.”

When not working, Hilary loves spending time with her family, enjoying good food and walking her crazy spaniel Dotty. She also learned to ski on the HIT company ski trip after a hip replacement, and is now determined to ski without being a complete liability!
