The New Futures Network (NFN), a specialist part of HM Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS), will match you with a prisoner apprentice who meets the needs of your business to fill skills gaps and boost workplace efficiency. Why should you employ a prisoner apprentice? There are lots of reasons why a prisoner apprenticeship could work for you. Firstly, the NFN will complete all employability and security checks on your behalf. They will make sure the prisoner is vetted and work ready. You will not need to do any prior checks before your apprentice starts work. There’s incentive funding available, too.
