What is Hospitality Operations Manager Apprenticeship?

This programme is for leaders who are managing operations at department, site and multisite levels

Entry

Employers will set their own entry requirements in order to start on this apprenticeship, but typically requires five GCSEs at Grade C or higher.

Progression

On completion of the Hospitality Operations Manager Level 5 apprenticeship, apprentices can register as full members with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). After 3 years of management experience, this can progress to Chartered Manager status with the CMI.
