HIT Chef Academy Principal
With an impressive 25 years of experience as a professional chef, Paul’s culinary journey was inspired by his mum and auntie who encouraged his passion for food from an early age.
A long-standing lover of cuisine, Paul is a highly skilled pastry cook, accomplished development chef and all-round
culinary expert.
He launched the HIT Chef Academy in 2016, establishing it as a world class training and development centre with a reputation for exploring different cultures through food. His greatestpassion is to inspire the next generations of chefs.
