HIT Training Ltd Wins Prestigious Apprenticeship Provider of the Year Award for the Second Consecutive Year

HIT Training Ltd has been named Apprenticeship Provider of the Year at the 2025 British Training Awards during a special celebration held in the iconic Grand Hall of the Grand Connaught Rooms, Covent Garden, London – marking an incredible achievement as the company secures this prestigious title for the second year in a row.

This recognition cements HIT Training Ltd’s position as a leader in delivering high-quality apprenticeships that are not only aligned with the needs of employers but also positively impact the lives of apprentices across the UK.

Founded in 2006, HIT Training Ltd and its three divisions (HIT Training, Connect2Care and The Executive Development Network) have empowered over 100,000 apprentices, delivering tailored apprenticeship programmes across a wide range of sectors including hospitality, brewing, retail, care, early years, funeral service and leadership and management. With over 300 expert trainers, the company is committed to developing apprenticeship programmes that meet the real-world demands of the workplace and the individual needs of its learners.

At the heart of HIT’s success is its focus on inclusivity and breaking down barriers to education and employment. The company has been particularly focused on making apprenticeships accessible to learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), ensuring these individuals can pursue career-building opportunities that might otherwise be unavailable to them. HIT also consistently works with employers to ensure that every apprenticeship offers opportunities for growth, progression, and lasting impact.

Mike Worley, Managing Director of HIT Training Ltd, said,

We are incredibly proud to win the Apprenticeship Provider of the Year award for a second time. This recognition reflects the hard work and dedication of our team and highlights the positive impact we’re having on apprentices and employers alike. We’re committed to removing barriers, building careers, and creating opportunities that empower individuals to succeed and grow.

Nate Harwood, Founder of New Possible, said:

“Organisations increasingly need to be agile, innovative and fast – and we believe learning and development is the catalyst for that. The British Training Awards are proud to celebrate the exceptional teams and individuals making this happen. Congratulations to all the Winners and Highly Commended.”

This latest award comes just weeks after HIT Training Ltd received another award for its commitment to social mobility at the Quality Professionals Awards 2025. The Social Mobility Quality Improvement Initiative award celebrates initiatives that support learners by creating pathways for personal and professional growth, particularly for individuals facing barriers.

The 2025 British Training Award and the Quality Professionals Award add to HIT Training Ltd’s growing list of accolades, reaffirming the company’s continued commitment to excellence, inclusivity, and driving positive change within the apprenticeship landscape.
