HIT Training Ltd named “Learning Provider of the Year” at the 2025 Multicultural Apprenticeship Awards
Nov 11 2025
HIT Training Ltd has been named Learning Provider of the Year at the 10th annual Multicultural Apprenticeship Awards, held at the Hilton London Metropole in London on Friday 8 November 2025.
Founded by The Pathway Group in partnership with Pearson, the Multicultural Apprenticeship Awards celebrate the UK’s most inspiring apprentices, employers and learning providers who champion diversity and inclusion. This year’s event brought together more than 700 guests and marked a major milestone – a decade of recognising excellence, resilience and innovation in apprenticeships.
HIT Training Ltd was recognised for its commitment to inclusion, innovation and breaking down barriers to learning. This award celebrates HIT’s continued dedication to helping people from all walks of life learn, grow and succeed through high-quality, inclusive training that changes lives and strengthens communities.
The company was also commended for its compassionate and personalised approach to learning, ensuring that every apprentice receives tailored support to build confidence, achieve success and realise their potential. With more than 8,000 apprentices currently on programme and almost 20% from multicultural backgrounds, HIT continues to set the standard for inclusive, high-quality training that makes a real difference.
The awards’ 2025 theme of “Resilience” perfectly reflects HIT’s mission to empower individuals to overcome challenges and thrive through education and employment.
Mike Worley, Managing Director of HIT Training Ltd, said:
“We are truly honoured to receive this award, which reflects everything we stand for. Our mission has always been to make apprenticeships accessible to everyone. It’s a testament to our team’s dedication and to the apprentices whose resilience and achievements inspire us every day. Together, we are changing lives, communities and the future of our industries.”
As proud patrons of the Multicultural Apprenticeship Alliance, HIT Training continues to champion inclusive learning, promote representation and deliver training that transforms lives and strengthens communities.
