After a thorough audit and review, we’re thrilled to announce that HIT Training Ltd has been accredited matrix Standard for information, advice and guidance services.
The matrix Standard is the Department for Education’s (DfE) standard for ensuring high-quality delivery of an organisation’s information, advice and guidance services. This is to ensure companies, like HIT Training Ltd that support individuals in their choice of career, learning, work and life goals, are of an acceptable standard.
We’d like to thank all our staff for their contribution to this award. This is a great achievement for HIT Training Ltd and its brands HIT Training, Connect2Care and EDN, as we continue to improve our information, advice and guidance services.
“IAG is a golden thread that runs through all HIT Training programmes,” says Managing Director, Jill Whittaker. “Robust guidance for learners and employers allows them to grow and get the greatest benefit from their skills training. To be recognised by matrix is an honour and we are delighted with the report and its recognition of our substantial efforts in this area.”
Roger Chapman, Head of the matrix Service for The Growth Company, said:
“This is a fantastic achievement for HIT Training Ltd and I would like to congratulate the team on their success. We believe that at the heart of high-quality advice and support services are strong leadership, excellent service and a focus on continuous improvement, all underpinned by effective use of the resources available. The matrix Standard is designed to benchmark organisations against best practice in these areas. With their accreditation success, HIT Training Ltd is working to provide the best possible support to their clients.”
